November 2010 Newsletter

ANNUAL MEETING: We were finally able to count the ballots at the Adjourned Annual Meeting on October 13. The Board welcomes Wendy Woehl, Trish Wilkinson and returning member Rob Nielson. A big thanks go out to all who ran and encourage you to do so next time.

CURBS: The highway dots that were voted to be installed on the curbs, turned out to be really expensive and the board is looking into alternative resolutions to keep our curbs from being damaged by skateboarders. If you have any ideas, please feel free to comment on this blog.

MAILBOXES: THe Board has petitioned the Master Association to replace more mailboxes. We will be looking at which boxes are in need of replacement at the next landscape walk through.

DRIVEWAYS: Some of the driveways are looking pretty soiled. Please take a look at yours and clean up any oil or grime.

YEAR-END: October 31, 2010 is the end of our fiscal year. The Association's books will be sent to the CPA for the year-end review. THat report will be sent to you in the near future.
